A feel good positive song and video by Michelle Williams and Destiny’s Child! A gospel song with a touch of Dancehall and R&B flavour, I love it :)

When the CRUSH turns in to LUST, the LUST turns in to LOVE, what do we do then? When a few dates turn into more than what we expected, more than what we anticipated! Part of me is excited, part of me is scared, part of me feels like something big is about to happen so I better be prepared!

Should we have a checklist for our me??
Having a conversation with my sister she brought up a good point, “if your waiting for Mr right you’ll be waiting forever” - This brings me to the discussion of my title.  Does having a checklist when seeking love limit our emotional encounters with men? If he doesn’t drive that car, if he doesn’t have that job, if doesn’t live in that house we’re simply not interested.  Surely having this perception condemns the most important factor when getting to know a person - is this man a good man.  Of course its fair to have standards, too want some one who fits your needs as well as you fitting theirs.  But too turn a blind eye too the guy who is a bus driver rather than a lawyer is shallow and superficial.  An associate of mine has had a checklist built by herself and her family, one that she has been using for the past few years.  Although I admire the fact that she knows exactly what she wants in a man and will not settle for less, she hasn’t had a male companion in almost 6 years and I cant help to think that her high standards are to blame.   After all, the man who checks every single box in that checklist could just as well end up being the biggest loser you’ll ever meet.
